Bloody hell! I've just spent over 2 hours trying to track that tune down..... and I think I've finally found it! :D
I heard the same song on a Bass Generator set I've got from Rezerection 'The Event' 93, and I've always wondered what is was.
Believe it or not, it's actually a very old mix of N-Trance's - Set You Free! (I know, whit???!! :fekked:)

Discogs (http://www.discogs.com/release/544870)
You owe me a pint matey! ;)

lol, aye mate, took me bloody ages, but I found it in the end :D
Forgot to mention also, if any of you guys fancy having a listen, and have a clue about what the missing tunes might be on the easygroove thread I posted, give me a shout ;)
Easygroove 'Event 93' (http://www.tuneid.com/hardcore/53508-easygroove-rezerection-event-93-a.html) (the tunes later on in the set are not actually 'old skool', but more 'hardcore' sounding)
