more help please, tune played regular at bowlers

hi guys im back again, this time looking for the id of a tune that was played in bowlers regular around 93-94 (ish) all i remember about the tune is that it sampled rolls royces "car wash" (not the singing just the tune) and sampled the hip hop the hippy words from rappers delight by the sugarhill gang. remember it having a good funky bassline.
