It's a longshot, but this was a big tune back in the day.

Same vocal sample as at the start of this;

Starts with "Oh Yeah" sample as in above, then loads of uplifting synths, then another vocal sample, this time a mans voice talking "You Got It" (American accent).

Sorry about the description!! But big tune and that vocal might be instantly recognisable to somebody..
