Jimi Hendrix sample prog house tune

No sample I am afraid, but trying to ID prog house tune c. 93/94 with rolling guitar rift and Jimi Hendrix vocal sample. Can remember him saying "...really groovy", amongst other things!

must be wrong - there is no vocal sample of jimmy hendrix in it - just a guitar riff
