But it's sound more like "Dirty Mind - The Killer (Techno Mix)" or "Musto & Bones - Dangerous On The Dance Floor" :)

It can be a "megamix" for 16 (many songs/samples)
possibly a Maurizio Braccagni production?
No it's not "2 Unlimited"
but it can be on 'discomagic' or 'boy records' (many cover or similar artists/songs under those 2 labels)

13 sounds like its from 1991 and 16 more like 1990. 16 has some samples from 'sequncial's "is it a dream" kraft mix and digital boys gimme a fat beat. both 1990 tunes.
