DJ Hype 92/93 - Help !!

Hi Guys, Bit of a long shot this one - I have a late DJ Hype set from Menace in Maidenhead back in late 92 / early 93 .... 1.5 hour set that absolutely kills but the quality is understandably poor. Anyways ... Hype drops a tune in this set with the sample: "You will know it is time to turn the page, when you hear the chimes ring like this"

Does anybody out there know what this is ? I've never heard it on any other set but would guess someone may know just from the sample ?
