I've heard both techno 11 and techno 4/13 (they're the same track) before. For now, I'm going to start by guessing that techno 11 is something by Jeff Mills, but I need to search a bit before I can figure it out... I'm really not that sharp in IDing techno right off the bat.

I was wrong with my first guess...

Techno 11 is Canyon - Cosmos (http://www.discogs.com/Canyon-Cosmos/master/71842) on Le Petit Prince

May I also add that I think House 1 sounds very similar to many tracks by Model 500 (Juan Atkins) - that may be a place for you to start looking.
