Old Skool Tracks ID

Can anyone help with the ID of these 2 tracks please?

"Unknown 1" is from an old Fantasy/Sunrise FM tape from 1989-1991, and "Unknown 2" is from an unknown DJ set from 1993. Any help would most appreciated.
