2 tunes id PLEASE!

Hi

I'm search for 2 tunes. I will try to explain as much as i can the descriptions. They are about 1990.

The first one, it's almost same as Zener - Heart. The guy's part is EXACTLY the same. After, a girl is singing but i don't understand what she say. That's why i never find what is the title.

The second one, a part of the tune, the guy's part, he say something like that: ''a face, a race, you can't touch nothing without it'' and a girl singing after. You have sampling in the tune like ''action'' ''good evening'' ''house music'' , a quick sound of a train, a girl laughing.

Can you please help me?
