Newbie to site ..trying to track down a tune circa 1991

Hi all

new to site and trying to track down a hardcore tune from 1991 which i only have a small amount of info on as tape cuts out. :@
Only been a member for 5 mins and i'm trying to tap info...i dunno wot am i like ;)
Only info i have is what the dj says... that its is..."Epic cut....coming on...." or at least thats what it sounds like before the tape cuts out...
some of the tune is played before the dj starts to announce the track name...
Additional info is that it has some voice announcing stuff before the riff kicks in....some thing about..

"techno starship cycle hourly...we remind you that in the provence its strictly forbidden to feed the chrysters...if you see more than 3 at the same time call the security guards immediately..long live queen of the fort"......OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT!!

Also does anybody know the name of another hardcore 1991 tune that has the Caberet Voltaire "70 billion people of earth ..where are they hiding sample"....i do believe that the Top Buzz nutters used to play it...if any one has any of the Amnesia House tapes its on the one where Top Buzz anounce that it has been 1 year since playing at Amnesia House... :D

Have surfed site before not logged on due to naff computer:@....kinda knew that you might be first up with an anwser !!.....bit of a numpty with computers and dont know how i would download sample from tape for the other tune....:(

Cheers for the id of the "70 billion track" need to get onto discogs for that one..never used discogs to buy tunes before..any advice :D

I have the tape you talking about top buzz 1991 its the first tune the buzz plays at amensia one year old birthday party ... so nev and bam bam gave them 1 and a half hour set .... the boys are spot on ....
