Rub-a-dub

My brother is trying to remember a tune with the words RUB-A-DUB in. Would of been 93-95 and was sort of a breakbeat/hardcore mix. Any idea's would be welcome. Can hear some of the tune in my head but not enough to remember it properly lol. Had it but lost the tape. Never knew what it was called tho.
