Fantastic US house Junior Vasquez groove.

I'd say that there is a transistion in the mix. Around 1:00 a new records starts to kick in. The first one has a charristic "oh - dip - dip - and helpin' it" vocal arrangement, that I recognise, but I cannot name it. Sorry.
