Well, looking at another site that had mp3 previews on it (recordpilot (http://www.record-pilot.de/?id=47&aid=908&lang=en)) it looks like it is The Swingster - Buddah's Xpress, although the preview doesn't get past the intro, the drum loop sounds like the one on the mp3 you supplied.
