have the same "this nation is a rave nation" voice as dj hooligan-rave nation but doesnt sound like that track..can be a remix?...i'm not familiar with all the remixes of that one..

When I first heard that vocal, my impression was that it was being mixed out, and not that it was part of the ID? But I guess all possibilities are open...
