Help - lush Ambient / Japanese Track from Cafe del Mar tape!

Hi there. Can anyone help identify this tune from a Jose Padilla Ibiza tape from 1994?
Its very "Japanese" sounding but after buying lots of Yellow Magic Orchestra and Sakamoto cds i have drawn a blank.
