Well, its not what I thought it was, so I still don't know the answer to this one, but It's fairly close - Hijack - Doomsday Of Rap (Instrumental), so maybe a breakbeat loop off the Beats, Breaks & Scratches from the same label, Music Of Life?

thanks for all the help lee i'll check it out,I was thinking it was off a breaks album or a b side instrumental as not a lot happens in the tune.... its just such a good break.
