DJ Demand - Dark & light Edit: hmm.. upon checking nope this is not it. It samples the same thing, but is a different track.
Edit: did some more searching.. I'd say it's DJ Demand - Dark & Light (Jimmy J & Cru-L-T Remix) ;)
