It's incredible but I didn't get any further infos. I only know that someone wanted an ID of it back in 2007 but nobody could help - so it has to be older or equal to 2007.

While the genre follows the style of mid 90's Goa, the clear production quality and heavy use of Unison effects suggest at least later than 1996 (softsynth/VST/Virtual Analog synth revolution). I would guess that it's made on a single synth/workstation, since I can hear the same reverb used across multiple tracks, but I may be wrong. I'm sorry that I can't help you any more than that.
