Unknown House Track From 1990

I don't know if anyboby was familiar with a pirate station called 'Smart Boys 101.2 FM' from West London back in the very early nineties.

There is a track that I have extracted from an old mix tape from the station, but I have no idea who it's by!

Please take a listen and maybe someone can put me out of my misery!!
