15 uses the same vocals as Altern8 - Activ 8. Come on, someone here has to know it...

20 is probably not a commercial release - the instrument quality, the looping characteristics of the string sounds, and the split-stereo makes me believe that it's a trakker song (.MOD, .S3M, .IT, .XM etc.) made by The Scene. Good luck finding that one :S Try visiting a place like modarchive.org if you don't understand what kind of music I'm talking about.
