FSOL Kiss FM 1992 Transmission 2, 4 - need track ID

There's a sweet ambient techno track used by Future Sound of London in their early '90s Kiss FM transmissions. It sounds like As One, Black Dog or B12 but can't figure out what it is. It's killing me.

It appears in Transmission 2 (Part 4) and Transmission 4 (Part 5) from their FSOLDigital Pod-Room download files.
