From the comments on the youtube page:
"It's the Brothers in Rhythm Mix (listed as the Rhythm Brothers Mix and Dub on Discogs). Released unofficially on a 12" in 1994 with some other bootleg mixes (Seal on the B side). I would expect that it has then been booted a couple of more times on the basis of the white in the photo. Classic mix though"
