this tune from year 1987 -88, very similar by style to "M.A.R.R.S. - Pump Up The Volume".

How long is the song on your copy? I found this on discogs with a duration of 4:36, and I've just listened to some of his other music and he made house music from around that period. It has a (Pump Up The Groove Mix) on it.

Maybe you could have somebody who owns that on discogs preview your sample on this page to confirm it's this tune or not? Good luck!
