Unknown track from 1993-1994 - ID help please!

Hi all,

I'm at work, so unfortunately I can't post a clip, but the lyrics should help identify hopefully. It's a kind of a deep housey tune, lots of synth. It's a girl singing with a pretty high voice..the chorus goes:

"Stars in my eyes, it's no surprise...you make me feel like I'm alive. Being in love, means plenty of, stars in my eyes."

Any help would be greatly appreciated...been trying to ID this one for YEARS! Thanks all!
