but its hard to tell,even playing it @ -8 on the pitch

I'm on about the spoken sample rather than the female vocal. Sounds like "let me tell you about a place of love", then that well used sample after, all spoken throught out the break beat section. Doesn't the female say, "you got to feel groovey, you got ta feel"?
