1993 Trance ID from a Laurent Garnier Set

Hi there, I'm looking for ages the name of the following tune that plays in the background of this video.

The tune was taken from a laurent garnier set in 1993. He mixes the tune in after Lunatic Asylum's Meltdown.

someone on Discogs Forum said that it was this EP but the ORIGINAL Mix doesn't sound like the tune in the video no samples are equal.

Hi reinforced it could be the other mix on this 12" I cant find a sample to confirm but it has the same vocal sample "release" and the tune sounds very similar. Its worth a look.
