Sueno Latino type track from 1990ish

Hi all,

i,ve been lookin for this track for sometime now and i have'nt a clue where to start.
It's a sueno type soundng track but it has a big bass line that appears every so often. It was on a tape i had from 1990 but unfortunately it got chewed up by my tape player. AARRGGHHH!!!!

Any suggestions with or without soundclips would be greatly appreciated.

thanks for the suggestion Konspiracy but thats not it. It had more of a darker techno feel if you know what i mean.
