niceone craig, yep that tape must have got played none stop for about a year. we all had it as billy nasty 2 but it was taped off a mate who taped it off another mate etc.
really nice summer tunes though .

That "One Dove - White Love" was one that I'd posted to get ID'd.

There's another one you posted that I tried to get ID'd but no Joy. If you've got anymore you need ID'd post them up.

They may have thought the two ones were roman numerals and hence it would indeed have been Billy Nasty 2 :D.

I had loads of tapes from Billy Nasty 1 through to 18 plus sets recorded at clubs that he played near me. Hardly have any left now, all got lost/lent out over the years. Gutted!

C2 is White Love By One Dove (Slam Mix 2) to be precise because there is another Slam mix which is totally different.

They're not totally different at all. They're both made up of the same two parts; it's just the arrangement that differs. The sample that was uploaded can be found in both mixes.

In the Slam mix, the dubby breakdown bit is at the start and the bit in the sample comes in at the middle and lasts until the end.

In the Slam mix 2, the bit in the sample is at the start and end of the record, with the long dubby breakdown in the middle.
