Hardcore Tune ID needed from 95 on an old Helter Skelter tape which features Dj Ramos

This is from a battered old helter skelter tape from 1995.
It features DJ Ramos and MC Marley.

The Track has the lyrics that go something like

'sing hallelujah, sing it sing halle, sing it yeah sing halle, sing hallelujah, sing it sing halle.......' repeats over and over.

The lyrics sound as if they are from Dr Alban, but the tune is not.

PLEASE Identify, its been annoying me for over 10 years,put the tape away and its found me again. arghhh.
