liquid and urban takeover

I need to know the name of the track (artist & title) that is sampled on both Urban takeover: Some Justice and Liquid: Sweet Harmony.
Also does anyone know what the initials R&S stand for with regards to the Belgian Techno Label?
And this is really a shot in the dark but I know that the Superman Lovers took there name from an old album title. Who released that album?

1. Urban Shakedown & Liquid use the samples (& with Liquid the chords) from Ce Ce Rogers - Someday (Atlantic 1987 - tuuuuuuune)

2. R&S stands for Renaat & his missus (name begins with S but forgot what it is) - Renaat is the label founder/owner
