It's a long shot but why don't you send Matt Bell a private message through OSA.
He's the only person I've ever heard play this and if anyone knows it he will.

Hello again Charlie, one question friend:
His nick from OSA is "Matt Bell", I sent pm last week and no received any type of response (this message is only to safe/sure that nick).

Yeah mate I'm pretty sure that's his OSA name.
Doesn't shock me that he's not replied though because he's not exactly a regular on there.
If I were you mate I'd send another and just sit and wait :)
