i need help identifying a top tune

i have been looking for a tune for ages now and i come to a dead end. The tune what i want i thought was was called freedom or everyman. The words in it is everyman across this land all join hands.......china the berlin wall.....well as you see only got bits . but if anyone can shed anylight on it it will appreciated it was played in the Quadrant Park in 1990 more or less.
