Vocal Used By DJ Trax

Hi, I've been after the original tune that DJ Trax sampled in High Time and 1 Man, 1DJ. Here's a link to the track, the vocal is about 2min 25sec in.
I've heard it's from about '89 apparently on an old Fantasy FM tape.

I've just heard that Cool Hand Flex on Fantasy FM from 1989 and the acapella has been used about 23mins in, tried the Shazam trick, but no luck :'(

Well here's what DJ Trax said about it on another forum. Not much help tho.

"Also about the sample.......not a great answer for you all (been asked this alot!>) I got the record from a market in the late 80s and............................................... .....its a white label so i have no idea who it is. Which is the reason theres no credit and the sample isnt cleared.It was just a fingers crossed situation :)
