Top Buzz tune - Doc Scott / 808 State ?

Hi, attached is a sample of Doc Scott - Surgery Remix / Terminator. Half way through, it breaks to what sounds like an 808 State sample. I remember Top Buzz playing a tune with this sample many years ago, does anyone know it please ?

Well apart from the big Pacific sample in there the only other track sample i hear is Dragonfly-Visions of Rage

Yeah reckon it must be that dragon fly tune, thanks for the help
