95 tunes can you help?

just goin thro my old tapes,

this one is an old luv dup/jon pleased women tape from 95 ish ;)

I have the inlay case with only the artist name for the tracks, was wondering if any one could help name a few of them please. Or better still if any one can tell me what the mix itself is? luv dup kicks off with alfredo - Action (piano mix) that one i know ;)
