1991 House Tune - James Brown Sample?

hi folks.

i'm trying to ID a track from a tape of a Cleos club night (Wolverhampton) from 1991. The DJ was possibly Si Storer, or the other Cleos resident.

It contains a vocal sample "What you gonna play now?" which sounds like it is taken from a James Brown track. It sounds more like "Whachoo gonn play now"

After the sample comes a few short stabs of a sax and then a "riff" of fairly common early 90's "bleeps".

Not a typical house tune - more funky and unusual - pls help me ID!!
