Hardcore track 1994

Hey all,

For ages I've been trying to ID a hardcore tune from a GIzmo/ Darkraver mix on Hellraiser in september 1994.

It features an ongoing sample saying " devastating motivating complicating purpatrating hesitating celebrating dominating infiltrating"

Does anybody have a clue what this song is titled and who it's from?

Your help would be greatly appreciated :D
