I haven't seen the release on an original album, only on various compilations. This one (http://www.discogs.com/release/158592), for example.

The S&R is sometimes written as "Sven Väth", although the R stands for Ralf Hildenbeutel.

EDIT: There's also a shorter version which has been remixed, again by S&R. The version sounds a bit cleaner, and doesn't include any synth strings in the beginning and end. One release where you can hear it is here (http://www.discogs.com/release/416918). I have it on a compilation called "The Best DJ's" from 1998 (not listed on Discogs).
