Should be an easy one to id - though ive never known the name of it!
Around about 94 i think
It has female sample - "awah wah wah awaaha" (sort of)
also later in track male sample - "strictly drum and bass"
can also remember bit in the track with just bassline and a screaming voice type of effect.
Thats all i got to go on
