Song ID Needed

Hey, I've been trying to find out who this tune is by for weeks. I stumbled across this site and I'm thinking it's probably my last hope as anyone I have asked up to now, doesn't have a clue.

I'm not entirely sure if this is the correct forum to post it in. I thought the piano sounded old skool-ish but I'm not sure at all. The sample is kinda short as it's all I have of it.

Anyway, the vocal sample is from Gwen Guthrie - Ain't Nothin' Goin On But The Rent.

I don't have any idea at all who this is by at all.

Unfortunately, I cannot find a sample of it anywhere. But, upon looking on various sites, the genre listed for that version is Garage. So I'm gonna stick my neck out and say it's probably not that one. I still may be wrong though.
