Junior Vasquez IDs, early 90s (direct links)

From the same batch of tapes (http://www.scientitian.com/mixtapes.html) as the Knuckles IDs I'd asked about a short while ago, any help much appreciated. First one contains the acca of Colonel Abrams "Not Gonna Let" but I have no idea if it's just sampled or a more legit remix (can't find anything online that fits the bill).
