Watchin 24 Hour Party people last night on Film4 and a big tune came on during one of the Haceinda scenes

Sounds 1989ish, hip house style (similar to Rob Base, Sugar Bear etc) - but has police sirens through it

What sounded like sirens, then a massive breakbeat kicks in -similar to Rob Base - It Takes 2, or Sugar Bear's Don't Scandalise Mine. It wouldn't surprise me if it was an actual hip-hop artist. Very 89 sounding

I've checked out the soundtrack but it's not on it - it's near the point when Moby - Go gets an airing
