Unknown Tune Wanted!

Been after a tune for years that I heard on a mixtape done in the early nmineties on a manc pirate radio station. It's a floaty early DnB/jungle track with lyrics that go....
"On a wonderful day like today....day....day.....day....
......I defy any clouds that appear in the sky.....sky.....sky.....sky...."
If anyone can help I'll be eternally grateful.
Sorry I don't know more about the track but I think that radio station was Sunshine FM and have since lost the tape and forgot the DJ name....
