Can anyone identify this instrumental version of the Kurt Weill/Bertolt Brecht song 'Mack The Knife' please?

Used in the televised documentary series 'The Nazis - A Warning From History' (but apparently not on the DVD).

Judging from the background crackle and hiss this is from an old vinyl recording (unless that was artificially added).

The mp3 is 32 kbps, 32 secs long and 124Kb.
