Legends track with bart simpson on label

Big legends track( piano) It was based on the rolling stones sympathy for the devil and had a cartoon of Bart Simpson on one side on the label, came out in 90 or early 91, could be SAIE or a UK indie label, please help legends/old skool eads, one of you must have this.

Hi , I thinks its cartoon cuts, but cant find a pic to confirm on ogs, it aint tainted cash this has been suggested before, thanks folks , i think the mystery is solved but, still cant find a copy for sale.
