Pretty close to the known remixes of Loleatta Holloway - Do That To Me (Set Me Free). It could be an unknown remix of that tune.

Are you sure you know about all licensed releases of that record. Could be a US or an Italien release, with additional remixes. Also, there could excist a promo 12" with more remixes. Do you know them all?

This release features a Do It To Me track which is sampling that very line. That is for sure.

The Uncle 22 artist has some more releases in the same era, which may use the same sampling (there is one called Do It Again).
