Well at the start of the first one he is mixing out of Dextrous & H Pee - Hot Flame so I guess it must be Phaze 3 & Klass A - Artificial Reality (Dextrous Remix)

The sample in your second id actually says "Badman Tune To Play" which leads me to believe it is probably the tune Badman Tings by Terrible Tings.
