No it's not that, it's very similar to Thompson Twins 'The Saint' (Red Zone Dub), so I'm guessing it's one of the other Morales (http://www.discogs.com/release/151487) mixes of that.

^^^ my version ain't on the 'cogs. it's the white label with the 3 morales mixes and lp version. stamp on label, white sleeve and a small coloured sticker on the front with thompson twins/saint/morales etc.
