I tried several times to get this one IDed,please give it a try ,the track uses a Overdog fuck you up pattern and is also from 1992.

Just found out that Ralphie Dee uses the same sample "i am mad as hell and i am not gonna take it anymore".Maybe anybody can put one and one together?Thanks for your time anyway.
