Fpi Project - Hey you??????

I asked about a track before and was told it was FPI Project - Let's go, i have listened to some mixes and it didn't sound like the same track, looking on ebay i came across a bootie featuring FPI Project - Hey you and this is the track i'm after but it isn't listed on Cogs. This is a link to the track on the bootie at HTFR and was wondering if anyone can clear up my confusion?

I really want to know what track to get and don't really want to buy the bootie if i can get an original somewhere.
